We accept Mail-in repairs!
When sending in your device please follow this checkpoint list:
- Mail your device to Yolo Repair #110-1058 Mainland St, Vancouver, Canada – V6B 2T4
- Include your info with the device (First name, Last name, and phone number or e-mail)
- Write a quick description as to what’s wrong or what service you need for your device (ie – replace front glass)
- When mailing in your device, make sure you insure it accordingly. We’re not responsible for unreceived devices.
Once we receive your device, we will double check it and give you a call to confirm your want to go ahead with the repairs. You’ll be contacted once again when the repair is complete. At this point we will collect payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or E-mail transfers.
Return shipping is $15 (it will be added to your invoice) via Canada Post Xpresspost.
